3. At the time of booking, the holder must indicate the voucher number so that it can be associated with the service for which it was purchased. The holder must present the voucher at check-in at the hotel, complying with all other check-in procedures, namely identifying themselves with a valid identification document and presenting a credit card or other means of payment to ensure any additional services provided to the client and not covered by the value/services included in the voucher.
4. In case of loss of the voucher: the holder must contact BHB Boutique House and provide the voucher number and name in order to request a duplicate of the original document, and must bring an identification document with them. Only by following this procedure will a duplicate of the original voucher be issued.
5. This voucher cannot be combined with any other existing promotion at BHB Boutique House.
6. Only one voucher is accepted per booking, so it is not possible to combine multiple vouchers for the same booking.
7. The voucher value will be deducted from the total cost of your stay at check-out.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
9. The price shown includes VAT at the current legal rate.
10. The voucher can be sent electronically to an email address provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations made with a voucher can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. After this period, the voucher becomes inactive and cannot be used for a new reservation. The voucher is non-refundable.

(1) Cannot be combined with other promotions in effect.

(2) We recommend that you keep your digital or paper voucher in a safe place until you need it.
